SnapYacht is an AI-assisted boat marketplace built by Ramazan Bakır. It combines sales and charter listings for Turkey, Greece, Croatia, and Italy in one place: users search by location and boat type (gulet, motor yacht, sailboat, catamaran), browse an interactive map by marina, and choose captained, bareboat, or crewed rentals from verified owners. The product is currently in beta.

The hardest technical problem is Snap-to-ID: turning an arbitrary user photo into a reliable boat type and brand, then mapping that result onto live listings so the comparison is useful rather than decorative. Around it sit a dual marketplace model (sale and charter in one catalogue), map-based search, and seller verification, all of which have to stay fast on a listing-heavy page.

NeosBuy is an LLM-powered e-commerce assistant built by Ramazan Bakır. Shoppers describe what they need in plain language and receive a structured, side-by-side comparison of candidate products instead of a wall of search results.

The hardest technical problem was forcing free-form model output into a strict, typed comparison schema that the UI can render reliably: prompts, validation, and retry logic had to guarantee well-formed rows and columns even when the model answer was incomplete or drifted from the requested format.

ResumeCrafter is a full-stack SaaS built by Ramazan Bakır. Users upload an existing PDF résumé and receive an AI-enhanced version with improved wording and structure while keeping the facts of the original.

The hardest technical problem was reliably extracting structure from arbitrary PDF layouts: multi-column résumés, embedded tables, and inconsistent section headings had to be parsed into a consistent intermediate model before the enhancement step could operate on them without inventing or dropping content.
